By accessing this website and purchasing our products, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use White Oak Vanity if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
1. Custom Orders & Specifications
Accuracy of Dimensions As our vanities are often custom-configured, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that all measurements, dimensions, plumbing cutouts, and finish selections are correct prior to placing an order. White Oak Vanity is not responsible for vanities that do not fit into the customer’s intended space.
Wood Grain and Finish Variations Wood is a natural material. Variations in color, grain pattern, and texture are inherent and are not considered defects. While we strive to accurately represent our stains and paints digitally, true colors may vary slightly from your screen.
2. Pricing and Payments
All prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed. We reserve the right to cancel any orders arising from pricing or typographic errors. Full payment is required at the time of checkout for all standard and custom orders before production begins.
3. Shipping, Freight, and Delivery
Curbside Delivery Due to the size and weight of our vanities, they are shipped via LTL freight carriers. Standard delivery is “Curbside Delivery” only. The carrier will lower the pallet to the ground at the end of your driveway. It is your responsibility to move the vanity inside your home.
Inspection Upon Delivery You must inspect the vanity and packaging for any visible damage before signing the delivery receipt. If the packaging is damaged, you must note “Damaged” on the driver’s receipt or refuse the shipment. Failure to note damage upon delivery releases White Oak Vanity and the freight carrier from liability for replacements or refunds.
4. Cancellations and Returns
Custom Orders Because our vanities are built or finished specifically to your selected configurations, custom orders cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded once production has begun (typically 24 hours after the order is placed).
Standard Returns For non-custom accessories, returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in its original, uninstalled condition and packaging. The customer is responsible for all return freight shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.
5. Warranty
White Oak Vanity provides a 1-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal indoor residential use. This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by improper installation or plumbing leaks.
- Damage from harsh cleaning chemicals, prolonged moisture exposure, or negligence.
- Natural aging or darkening of the wood.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, White Oak Vanity and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on White Oak Vanity. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from White Oak Vanity for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
You must not:
- Republish material (including photos and designs) from White Oak Vanity.
- Sell, rent or sub-license material from White Oak Vanity.
- Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from White Oak Vanity.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which White Oak Vanity operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
